2. Overview

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not include any tracking services. Fonts are loaded locally from our own server; no connection to Google is made. Instagram and Facebook are only linked (section 6).

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. When you visit the site, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser, operating system, referrer URL) in order to deliver the website and ensure its security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are anonymised or deleted after 7 days at the latest. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU for hosting.

4. Enquiry form

If you use the enquiry form, we process your details (project type, surface or vehicle, uploaded photos, preferred date, budget range, description, name, email or phone number) in order to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote. Only the project type, your name and one way of contacting you are required.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time. The form data is transmitted in encrypted form to our server at ALL-INKL, is not stored there, but forwarded directly by email to our mailbox at Gmail (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). If no contract results, we delete the enquiry and photos no later than 6 months after the last contact. If a contract is concluded, the statutory retention periods apply (up to 10 years under the German Commercial Code (HGB) and Fiscal Code (AO)).

5. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). For email we use Gmail (Google Ireland Limited). The WhatsApp link opens the service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms. Their privacy policies apply, and data may be transferred to the USA. Using WhatsApp is voluntary. Alternatively, you can reach us by phone or via the form.

6. Social media and external content

This website currently does not embed any content from Instagram, Facebook or YouTube; it only links to our profiles. Only when you click such a link do you leave this website, and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. for Instagram and Facebook). If videos or feeds are embedded in the future, this will only be done using a two-click solution: a connection to the provider is established only after you click “Load content” (consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG).

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), as well as the right to withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
