"20 Meter Album Cover" – gable wall with the "MILLIEU" motif
An album cover, 20 metres tall: on a black gable wall a tattooed man covers his face with his hand, with orange stripes running over it – and "MILLIEU" written underneath.
About the project
With a motif this size, it has to work up close and from far away: the bold orange stripes carry the image across the whole wall, while the tattoos and scenes in shades of grey reward a second look. The second photo shows the whole gable wall with the lettering.
At Wandkonzepte, facade murals are painted by hand: once the design has been agreed and the surface checked, the motif is executed with spray, brush and marker techniques, with the airbrush gun used for the finest details.
